These Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops that I personally organise - where I conduct workshops through other organisations such as Schoolhouse for Art they are likely to have their own terms and conditions.
1. In the unlikely event of the workshop being cancelled for any reason, including illness on my part or insufficient numbers booked, you will be offered all workshop payments that you made to me will be refunded in full, or a credit for any payments made, to any future workshop that I organise, if you prefer, . 2. I cannot be held responsible for any accomodation or travel losses you incur in those circumstances, so I suggest you limit deposits on these resources and only make final payments at the latest possible time. 3. In the event that you have to withdraw due to unexpected circumstances earlier than 6 weeks before the start date of the workshop, all payments will be refunded in full or a credit offered for any future workshop that I organise; after that date - within six weeks of the start date - if I cannot fill your place from any waiting list or additional advertising, an 'administration/loss of a booking charge' of €50 will be made on any payments you've made - before any balance will be refunded to you. If I fill your place during that period of six weeks, you will be refunded in full. I hope that all seems fair. 4. I reserve the right to cancel any workshop if class numbers are low, as group exercises, interactions and dynamics are an important part of my workshops, and also if I deem it necessary due to any (then) current government regulations or guidelines on coronavirus issues. All payments made will be returned in full in this instance.
